3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

4. License Grant and Restrictions

Content generated by our AI (including scripts, videos, and voice-overs) based on your inputs is provided to you under a non-exclusive license. You may use this generated content for your business and marketing purposes, but you understand that similar content may be generated for other users.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Découverte (Free): Limited features with watermarked content
• Créateur (€29/month): Full access to core features and unlimited script generation
• Pro (€79/month): Advanced analytics, multiple voices, and strategic insights

6.2 Billing and Payments

Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Price changes with reasonable notice
• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Service, you agree not to:

12. Termination

• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
